1. Shipping

Shipments are processed as soon as the order is confirmed. We do not offer rush or express orders. Delivery times depend on product availability and the selected carrier. As a general guideline, orders are usually delivered within approximately 2 to 10 business days.

2. Returns

You may return products that do not meet your expectations within the applicable legal withdrawal period, with the exception of products that are manufactured or customised specifically for you.

The right of return does not apply, in particular, to custom-cut decorative textile cables, custom-cut decorative flexible tubes, glass globes and lampshades, painted items, or plaster wall lights and spotlights, as these products are made to order.

Raw brass and raw iron items are not polished. These materials naturally present surface imperfections, marks or scratches; returns based on these characteristics inherent to the material will not be accepted.

Where the return is due to a change of mind, the customer must send the product to our facilities within the time limits set out in our General Terms and Conditions, using a carrier of their choice and bearing the direct cost of return shipping.

The shipment must be sent using a tracked or certified service (standard postal mail is not accepted), with the original packaging in perfect condition and all original accessories included. Returns are not accepted at collection points or post offices. The goods must be delivered directly to our facilities.

How to request a return: log in to your customer account > My orders > select the relevant order > Request a return. Once your request has been received, it will be reviewed and, where applicable, approved. You will then receive the document that must be included inside the return package.
