Secure payments
At LIGHTING DIY, we offer several secure payment methods so you can choose the option that best suits your needs during the checkout process.
Credit and debit cards
We accept payments by VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express. The card-issuing bank must be authorised to operate within the European Union.
During the checkout process, your card details are entered directly into the secure payment gateway. LIGHTING DIY does not store any credit or debit card information at any time.
For internal operational reasons, payment processing may be handled through partner banking institutions, without any impact or additional cost to the customer.
PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, you can use it to pay for your order quickly and securely.
After selecting PayPal as your payment method and confirming the order, you will be redirected to the PayPal platform to log in and authorise the payment.
Bizum
Bizum allows instant payments directly through your bank using your mobile phone.
This payment method is subject to the conditions and limits established by each banking institution.
Bank transfer
When selecting bank transfer as the payment method, after completing your order you will receive an email with our bank account details.
You must complete the transfer indicating the order reference in the payment description to ensure correct identification.
Once the payment has been received in our account, we will proceed with processing the order. Orders placed using bank transfer that are not paid within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from confirmation will be automatically cancelled.
Please note that some banks may take between 1 and 2 working days to process the transfer, and it may take at least 24 hours for the payment to appear in our system.
Scalapay
Scalapay allows you to split the payment of your order into 3 interest-free instalments.
The first payment is made at the time of purchase, with the remaining two instalments charged automatically every 30 days using the selected payment method.
Availability of Scalapay is subject to approval by the service provider and its terms and conditions.
Google Pay
Google Pay is a fast and secure payment method that allows you to pay using the cards saved in your Google account.
There is no need to enter your card details during checkout, as the transaction is validated directly within Google’s secure environment, offering a high level of protection and convenience.
Eupago (Portugal)
For customers located in Portugal, we offer payment methods managed through Eupago, enabling secure payments using the solutions provided by this service provider.
Available options may vary depending on the order type and the payment method selected during checkout.
