Items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, such as: Textile electrical cable cut to length, decorative flexible tubing cut to length, glass globes and shades specially manufactured for volume orders, painted items, mounting parts that have been custom-drilled. Returns are not accepted for string lights, curtain lights, net lights, or cascade lights once the Christmas season has passed.
