Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship to: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands), France, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland and Portugal. Shipping options may vary depending on the destination country.
Home delivery (DPD): 15 € VAT included.
Pickup point delivery (PUNTO PACK / DPD Pickup): 10 € VAT included. Available only in: Belgium, Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands), France, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands and Portugal.
When will I receive my order?
The usual estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 working days. Products made especially to order, such as plaster wall lights, may take 18 to 25 working days. Always check the applicable estimate on the product page; Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days.

Of course — as long as it's done in accordance with the terms set out in our General Conditions
Which products can be returned?
You can return any item purchased from LIGHTING DIY, with the following exceptions:
Items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, such as: Textile electrical cable cut to length, decorative flexible tubing cut to length, glass globes and shades specially manufactured for volume orders, painted items, mounting parts that have been custom-drilled. Returns are not accepted for string lights, curtain lights, net lights, or cascade lights once the Christmas season has passed.
